FAQ

When will my item ship?

Shipping Policy

We ship all of our domestic orders via USPS, international orders via DHL. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after placing your order. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Raising Glory is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Can I get a refund?

You have a 14-days after you receive your item, to contact us about a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to supply proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@raising-glory.com and state why your are wanting to return the item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to more than happy with your purchase. If we did something wrong on our end, we will get it fixed asap.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such custom products, special orders, clearanced items or gift cards. Due to the nature of digital items, returns are not accepted.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you want another item, simply order it from the store.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

My ears are sensitive. Will I be able to wear your jewelry?

Our stud earring posts are made of stainless steel, which contains a trace amounts of nickel, but are made for wear on sensitive ears.

All other non stud earrings vary, so be sure to read the description about each item before purchasing. Our findings are typically gold filled metals on stainless steel posts.

If you do have sensitive ears, we recommend putting a thin layer of clear nail polish on the earrings before you wear them.

I love BIG statement earrings, but hate the weight. Are your earrings heavy?

The weight of our earrings vary depending on the product(s) used. However, clay is VERY light. We've had many people tell us they are perfect for all day wear.

How do I keep my clay earrings looking fresh?

Avoid getting your polymer clay jewelry wet. Avoid using harsh chemicals, perfume, hair spray, jewelry cleaner, and other cleaning products on your polymer clay pieces.

To clean your polymer clay jewelry use a damp, clean cloth or a damp cotton ear swab to wipe your piece down. You may also use a small amount of acetone to wipe down the surface of your earring.

*DO NOT* use acetone if your piece is hand painted, contains gold leaf, or covered in a varnish or resin.

If your piece is hand painted, varnished, or covered in resin, use a baby wipe and gently clean the surface.

Many of our pieces contain brass. As to the nature of brass, it will tarnish over time. Water WILL also tarnish brass. Use a clean baby wipe or Brasso metal polish to clean brass elements.

If your earring has a thick shiny look to it, it is covered in resin. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight as this could yellow the piece. Do not soak in water and do not use harsh chemicals. You may use a clean, damp cloth along with mild dish soap to clean resin covered pieces.

Can I wear my earrings daily?

It depends on the earring.

We do not recommend wearing your clay earrings all the time. While we have tested the durability and strength of our clay earrings and most can withstand hard wear, some of the handmade pieces are delicate and just can't withstand being worn to bed or put through the shower or a rough workout.

If you are looking for everyday items that you can wear 24/7, stick with gold/gold filled items, platinum, and silver.

My item hasn't arrived. Where is it?

Most of our items will be shipped using USPS and you will be able to track your item. Once the item is dropped off to the shipping carrier, it's out of our hands. Each shipping carrier has their own set of policies, so please be patient and check their website for updates if a package did not arrive on time.
